  Payment terms: Payment in advanced via credit card on first time orders (Visa/MasterCard/American Express). Net 30 days subject to credit approval on subsequent orders.

• Santa Ana, CA. Shipping method based on weather at plant and destination. During hot weather shipping may be by air using liners and ice packs. Additional charges apply and should be considered when placing your order.

Return Policy:

Our products are made to order. Orders are non cancelable if the order has been produced or if the materials have been ordered to produce the order.

• Lead times subject to confirmation and based on season.
• Chocolate decorations and ribbons subject to availability. Substitutions may occur without notice.
• Shelf Life: 1 year. Product should be kept cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. Best temperature is between 65 to 72 degrees.
• Prices are per piece and subject to change. Finance charges of 1.5% per month on past due invoices.
